We are honest, family-owned and -operated, and
have been in business since 1972.
We have a high first-call completion percentage:
we do our best to bring any needed replacement parts to fix your
broken appliance on our first visit to your residence --
saving you time and money.
We offer scheduling flexibility:
- Saturday service at no extra charge
- our technician can call you up to 30 minutes
in advance of arrival, at your work or cell
phone number
- our first call appointments are between 8:00AM and
9:00AM
- our last call appointments are just after 3:00PM.
Our company is a factory-authorized servicer
for many manufacturers: our technicians stay up-to-date
on repairs for all the newest products on the market
with training classes offered by the manufacturer reps.
We have five technicians, with over 75 years
combined experience. They are professional, properly
attired, and drive well-marked vehicles.
